046: Dr. Peter Suedfeld recalls the early days of REST research

Peter Suedfeld is one of the most well known names in REST research. Peter is one of the earliest researchers of REST, and is responsible for some of it’s most notable scientific findings. He was also the founding president of IRIS, the old REST research association.

Peter talks about some of his very first REST studies when he was only in grad school, and about the very early days of REST research.
